TurboOffice works with AI assistants that can connect to a remote MCP server and sign in with OAuth. Claude and ChatGPT have their own steps. Use this page for any other assistant. Each assistant's settings differ, and we have not tested every one.
Before you start
- You need a TurboOffice account at a brokerage that has connecting apps turned on. Agents and their assistants can connect. Client accounts cannot.
- No account yet? Request access and we will set one up.
Connect with the server address
In your assistant's settings, find where it adds connectors, apps or MCP servers, and add a custom one.
Name it TurboOffice and paste
https://turbooffice.ai/mcpas the server URL. If it asks for an authentication type, choose OAuth.Your assistant opens TurboOffice's sign-in page. Enter the email you sign in to TurboOffice with and choose Continue. It sends you to your brokerage's own TurboOffice sign-in.
Read the consent page. It names the account you signed in as and says what the assistant will be able to do:
- Read your deals, tasks, needs and documents.
- Update tasks and notes, mark what a deal has on file, reopen an offer that expired or was marked not accepted or withdrawn, and propose other changes as cards for you to approve.
- Hand work to Turbo Office's assistant: drafting offers, counters and amendments, and setting up listings and buyer deals. A few steps tell people at once: starting a listing or preparing its seller's disclosure asks the sellers to fill out the disclosure.
- Approve cards when you tell it to. An approved card takes effect at once, even one that binds or ends a contract.
Choose Allow.
Plugin files
The plugin holds guides that help an assistant use TurboOffice's tools. The tools work without it, so start with the server address above.
These are the current plugin files for manual setup. We have not tested installing them in each assistant, and an assistant may not have a way to add a file.
Review the plugin
The plugin is open source. You can read every file on GitHub.
What to ask first
- "What's on my plate today?"
- "Where does the offer on 12 Oak St stand?"
- "Add a task on 12 Oak St: order the survey by Friday."
Your assistant answers with links into TurboOffice. Open them there to read the paper, sign, or approve. See what the assistant can do.
What it cannot do
- Sign anything. You and your clients sign in TurboOffice.
- Send paper for signatures, or bind or end a contract, unless you approve it. These are cards that say what approving commits.
- See deals you cannot see in TurboOffice, or another brokerage's deals.
Disconnect
Remove TurboOffice from your assistant's connector settings. To cut off every app connected to your account at once, contact support.
