Connect Claude

Claude can read your deals and documents in TurboOffice, keep your tasks and notes, and hand drafting to TurboOffice's assistant. Nothing is signed or sent for signatures without you.

Before you start

  • You need a TurboOffice account at a brokerage that has connecting apps turned on. Agents and their assistants can connect. Client accounts cannot.
  • No account yet? Request access and we will set one up.
  • You need a Claude plan that lets you add custom connectors.

Connect

  1. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, then Add and Add custom connector.

  2. Name it TurboOffice and paste https://turbooffice.ai/mcp as the server URL. Under OAuth client, leave Register automatically selected.

  3. Choose Connect. TurboOffice's sign-in page opens. Enter the email you sign in to TurboOffice with and choose Continue. It sends you to your brokerage's own TurboOffice sign-in page, with your email filled in, where you sign in as you normally do. If your email signs in at more than one brokerage, it asks which one this connection is for. The next time you connect from the same browser, it offers that brokerage first.

  4. Read the consent page. It names the account you signed in as and says what Claude will be able to do:

    • Read your deals, tasks, needs and documents.
    • Update tasks and notes, mark what a deal has on file, reopen an offer marked not accepted or withdrawn, and propose other changes as cards for you to approve.
    • Hand work to Turbo Office's assistant: drafting offers, counters and amendments, and setting up listings and buyer deals. A few steps tell people at once: starting a listing or preparing its seller's disclosure asks the sellers to fill out the disclosure.
    • Approve cards when you tell it to. An approved card takes effect at once, even one that binds or ends a contract.
  5. Choose Allow. You return to Claude, and TurboOffice is in your connectors.

Your brokerage's own address works as the server URL too, such as https://yourbrokerage.com/mcp. Sign-in then goes straight to your brokerage's page.

Tool permissions

Claude lists TurboOffice's tools in two groups. The read-only tools can stay on Always allow. For the tools that make changes, choose Ask if you want Claude to check with you before each one. Claude always asks before it uses Reopen offer and Act on need and Act on task and Act on appointment and Note and Decline card and Approve card and Work on it in Turbo Office and Act on envelope and Answer proposal and File to deal and Act on deal, because what they do may not be undone.

What to ask first

  • "What's on my plate today?"
  • "Where does the offer on 12 Oak St stand?"
  • "What does 48 Maple Ct still need before closing?"
  • "Add a task on 12 Oak St: order the survey by Friday."
  • "Draft an offer on 50 Brookhaven Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30319 for the Smiths: $700,000, 10-day due diligence, closing in 30 days, conventional." TurboOffice's assistant drafts it, and Claude gives you the link to the draft. Give the full address.

Claude answers with links into TurboOffice. Open them there to read the paper, sign, or approve. See what the assistant can do.

What it cannot do

  • Sign anything. You and your clients sign in TurboOffice.
  • Send paper for signatures, or bind or end a contract, unless you approve it. Claude stages these as cards that say what approving commits. A card takes effect when you approve it in TurboOffice, or tell Claude to approve it.
  • See deals you cannot see in TurboOffice, or another brokerage's deals.

Disconnect

In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, choose TurboOffice and remove it. To cut off every app connected to your account at once, contact support.

If something refuses
